5 Steps How To Sell Your FSBO Home Faster

Please read steps very carefully, they may help sell your home quicker and for the best price!

Step 1: Decided what market price you would like to sell your home

    What you want to sell your home for and what your home is worth maybe two completely different numbers. To have a starting point will be helpful for the last  steps.

Step 2: Clean your home from top to bottom

       Its really important to clean, clean, clean! Buyers love walking into a fresh clean home. If cleaning is not your thing, it may be time for you to hire a professional to help. Trust me, it will be the best 20 hours you have ever spent. (If you need a cleaner recommendation let me know!)

Step 3: Grab your cell phone

     Listen carefully this one is VERY important

Step 4: Dial 970-903-8574

    Follow theses steps to the T! You do not want to be calling the wrong person for this job.

Step 5: Ask me to sell your home for you because I have all the right tools to get the job done :)

   You wouldn't fix a leaky pipe if you didn't have all the tools would you? You would call a Plumber. With a sale as big as a home, you will want the best! (that is me of course!) The best marketing, pictures, and negotiator will help you get the best price for your home. People who sell their home FSBO often take on a lot of liability. When you list with a broker, they can help you through the process that is best for you and the buyer! I know there are several people who think they can do it on their own, and they probably can, but it may take longer and you probably will get a price much less then what you deserve.
